Shane McAnally’s “Space Cowboy” won the GRAMMY Award for Best Country Song at this year’s 61st Annual Awards, marking his third win overall. Recorded by Kacey Musgraves, “Space Cowboy” was co-written with Musgraves and Luke Laird. The award-winning song was the first digital release off of Musgraves’ critically acclaimed album, Golden Hour, which won the highly coveted GRAMMY for Album of the Year, as well as the award for Best Country Album.
